Job Summary

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with key partners to ensure mutual success. This role focuses on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving revenue growth through partnerships, and ensuring partners are fully engaged with the companys offerings. The Partner Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for partners, managing onboarding, performance, and the overall partnership lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Onboarding & Enablement:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth integration of services and products.
  • Educate partners on company offerings, tools, and processes to enable them to effectively promote and sell the companys solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored training sessions, resources, and marketing materials for partners.

2. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to gauge partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor partner performance metrics, such as sales volume, customer acquisition, and revenue contribution, to ensure partners are meeting targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to partners to optimize their performance and maximize mutual success.
  • Generate reports and analysis on partner activities, sharing insights with internal teams and senior management.

4. Revenue Growth & Upselling:

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships to drive incremental revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to introduce new products, services, or solutions to partners.
  • Work closely with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies to achieve mutual growth objectives.

5. Partner Engagement & Retention:

  • Develop and implement engagement programs to keep partners motivated and aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and events to educate and engage partners on new offerings, trends, and best practices.
  • Work proactively to identify potential issues or risks to partner satisfaction, taking action to mitigate them and improve retention.

6. Strategic Planning & Alignment:

  • Work closely with the partnerships team to align partner strategies with the companys overall business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term partnership strategies, identifying areas for expansion or new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure partners are fully integrated into company campaigns and go-to-market strategies.

7. Partner Advocacy & Feedback:

  • Serve as an advocate for partners within the company, ensuring their feedback is considered in product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Regularly gather and report on partner feedback, helping to refine product offerings and improve the overall partner experience.
  • Actively seek out ways to enhance partner relationships through continuous improvement of communication, support, and engagement.

8. Partnership Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial onboarding to renewal and growth stages.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring both parties are aligned on terms and conditions.
  • Track partnership health through performance metrics and maintain an up-to-date status on all active partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or business development.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing partnerships, with a strong focus on relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
